EUGENE, Ore. — Oregon State Police say they made a third arrest after a weekend traffic stop turned up two pounds of heroin.
Troopers arrested Enrique Sanchez a day after pulling over a car with Washington plates near Canyonville.
They say they found about $70,000 of heroin hidden in the trunk.
OSP arrested the driver and passenger on the spot, but further investigation led them to Sanchez.
