After eleven days of above average temperatures, Tuesday will likely stay below average and in the 60s for the first time this month.
A trough of low pressure is going to move through over the next 72 hours which will allow on-shore flow along with a couple of weak disturbances. Tuesday is staying partly sunny, but we’ll see more cloud cover Wednesday and a chance for some light drizzle.
Thursday we’ll see a small area of low pressure bring in scattered showers for most of western Oregon. This will also be our coolest day this week highs staying at about 66° in Eugene.
By Friday we’ll be in the clear from this storm and we’ll see high pressure rebound just in time for many graduations and Father’s day Weekend. Friday and Saturday are looking mostly sunny with highs in the mid 70s.
By Sunday we’ll see another area of low pressure moving in from the south. This will bring back the clouds, chances for thunder storms and possible rain by Monday.
Have a great day!
