Three Pharmacists Arrested For Fraud

LEBANON, Ore. — Lebanon Police say it was a tip they got back in January that led to the arrest of three pharmacists in Linn County for prescription fraud charges.

Officers say the pharmacists allegedly used several different identities to forge more than a 100 prescriptions for oxycodone. On Wednesday, they arrested Stevie Froemke, 26, Jeremy Colwell, 24 and Tinsa Gaines, 23.
