ROSEBURG, Ore. — Highway 138E will be limited to a single lane of traffic through the project area and flaggers will be in place to direct traffic. Expect delays up to one hour at times.
The North Umpqua River will be closed to boating, rafting and fishing between Susan Creek and the Baker Wayside during construction.
