Togo’s Opens First Eugene Shop

EUGENE, Ore. — There’s a new place to grab a bite to eat in downtown Eugene.

Togo’s on Pearl Street is one of four locations the owner plans to open in the area.

The shop’s owner also owns Truck and Travel in Coburg. He says his family is trying to expand the kind of businesses they’re involved with.

“(It) presented an opportunity to not only open a shop in Coburg but step inside the community, which is a little departure from our norm, and develop the chain inside our community. So we’re really excited,” said John Anderson, Togo’s Owner.

The second location is scheduled to open on West 11th and Seneca.

He hasn’t revealed the other sites yet. But the owner says four new Togo’s restaurants will add about 80 jobs to the Lane County economy.
