SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — Thousands of local families lined up in Springfield on Saturday to make sure their children don’t go without presents this Christmas.
Toys for Tots collected about 21,000 toys that will help 8,000 low-income families.
The event goes from 8am to 6pm on Sunday. You can still donate by dropping off toys at the Springfield Armory at 3106 Pierce Parkway.
The organization especially needs toys for kids ages 0-2 and teenagers.
