EUGENE, Ore. – Chief Meteorologist Justin Stapleton joined the staff at the Eugene Running Company to find out what’s the best type of shoe to buy based on your individual running style. Some of the things to consider, says Bella Richardson of the Eugene Running Co., is whether you pronate (run on the outside of your foot) or supinate (inside of your foot) and then to choose a shoe that will work for your running style.

    You have your terms backward. Pronate, you turn your foot inward, supinate, outward.
