EUGENE, Ore. — A tree knocked out the power to nearly 200 homes in north Eugene.
EWEB is on the scene trying to repair the damaged power lines.
The tree fell just after 4:30 p.m., taking out a power line near the intersection of River Loop 1 and River Road.
The outage affects about 185 customers.
EWEB crews say they’re not sure how long it will take to get power back on, and they don’t know why the tree fell.
