Chief Meteorologist Justin Stapleton‘s Daily Forecast Discussion:
Staying cool this morning with a chance for some light sprinkles or drizzle, but the clouds will slowly clear for some sunshine for the afternoon. However, because of the cold nature of the airmass and the low in place, highs today will only sit in the mid 60s overall. Tonight, skies clear overnight some and we’ll see plenty of low clouds through the morning.
High pressure slowly nudges its way back into the picture tomorrow. Highs will push into the upper 70s and sunny again by Wednesday and Thursday. Friday, a weak front brushes across the state which might trigger a few showers as it moves through. It will likely cloud things back up a bit and slightly cooler with highs in the low 70s, but any showers that do fall will be light.
Heading into the weekend, sunshine returns and so do the mid 70s. Dry weather looks to dominate through early next week.
Have a great Monday!
