January 20, 2012ALBANY, Ore. — Two people and two dogs were rescued from their flooded home Friday morning.
Right before 8 a.m., Albany firefighters were called to a home on SW 15th.
Officials say water rose overnight so high that the people inside couldn’t leave.
The four of them were taken by boat to safety.
