NOTI, Ore. — Oregon State Police says alcohol may have been a factor in a car crash that killed two people north of Noti Friday.
OSP says it happened on Poodle Creek Road. The four-door Kia Sephia was travelling southbound near milepost four when it traveled off the road, rolling multiple times and hitting several trees.
The driver, Raymond Wyman, and one of the passengers, Christopher Manley died. The girlfriend of the driver, Jessica Parker, survived but sustained serious injuries.
Investigators are still looking into the exact cause of the crash.
