UO Advances to Volleyball Championship

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — This season was already historic for the University of Oregon volleyball team. On Thursday night in Louisville, they made even more history.

The fifth-ranked Ducks defeated number one-ranked Penn State to advance the NCAA Volleyball National Championship for the first time in the programs history.

The Duck’s beat the Nittany Lions three games to one in what was a very thrilling match.

Oregon will face the third-ranked Texas Longhorns for the National Championship.

That game will be this Saturday at 4 p.m. It will air on ESPN 2.
