EUGENE, Ore — The University of Oregon Police Department is warning students to be on high alert, after a female student reported that she was grabbed by a strange man and touched inappropriately.
The student says the man attacked her near 19th and Harris as she walking to her apartment early Saturday morning. She said when the man attacked, she yelled and called out for help. The man then ran south on Harris.
He’s described at 5’5” tall, chubby and wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and Bermuda-style shorts.
