Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn’s Forecast Discussion:
High pressure will be in full control this week. Coupled with the high pressure Monday and Tuesday will be offshore flow and a thermal trough. This will cause temperatures to warm near 70 degrees along the coast and into the upper 80s and 90s inland.
Onshore flow returns Wednesday. This will push the marine layer and marine clouds inland overnight. Temperatures will also be slightly cooler and in the mid 60s along the coast and low 80s inland.
Beautiful weather will be in store for the Fourth of July. Skies will be sunny during the day with temperatures near 80 degrees. Skies will remain mostly clear for the firework shows, with temperatures cooling off into the mid 50s.
Have a wonderful week!
