Warm and Sunny for Father’s Day

video preview image

A large low pressure system is spinning out over the Pacific Ocean to our west. This low will impact our weather for Father’s Day (Sunday) and Monday by filtering in high clouds throughout the day. With that said, Father’s day will start off with some fog, but lead to mostly sunny skies by the afternoon. High temps will be in the low 60s along the coast, mid 70s for the valley and low 80s for the Umpqua.

High temperatures will be about the same Monday, but more cloud will push in during the afternoon.

Showers will start Monday night and continue through late Wednesday as the low moves onshore and across the area. High temps will cool off into the upper 60s inland and to 60 degrees along the coast for Tuesday and Wednesday.

High pressure rebuilds during the end of the week; warmer and sunnier weather is in store of the weekend.

Have a fantastic Father’s Day!
