The ridge of high pressure which has been with us all weekend will peak today. This means a sunny warm day is on tap, but this will be the last day like this for a while.
Highs will be in the upper 60s and low 70s inland throughout western Oregon and in the upper 50s along the Coast. We’ll gradually see increasing clouds late Monday as a cold front approaches from the west. The Coast will be the first to see showers from this storm early Tuesday morning. The Valley will also likely see showers by sunrise Tuesday. This storm could also bring in a few isolated thunder storms showers Tuesday afternoon. Highs will return to the upper 50s.
Wednesday will be similar and we’ll continue to see storms rolling in back to back through the weekend. This means the days of sunny dry weather are coming to an end and it’s back to reality for the rest of the week.
Have a great Monday and enjoy the sunshine while you can!
