Warmest Weather of 2013 so far Next Week

video preview image

We have just one last storm to get through this week before much warmer, sunnier and drier weather takes over western Oregon. A cold front will move in from the north Friday. We’ll see increasing clouds ahead of this storm with scattered showers across western Oregon Friday. High temperatures will drop, but not by much. We’ll still make it to the upper 50s.

This storm will be long gone by Saturday afternoon. The clouds will clear and highs will stay near 60°.

High pressure will be in control Sunday through Wednesday. This will clear out the clouds and bring in the heat. Highs will get to the mid 60s Sunday, upper 60s Monday and low to mid 70s Tuesday and Wednesday.

If we climb above 74° in the middle part of next week, that would be the warmest we’ve seen in almost 250 days!

Enjoy the cool temps and rain while they last ;-)
