As a cold front lifted north Thursday night, the clouds moved in and trapped the heat at the surface. Temperatures Friday started out back in the low 50s, which is about 15 degrees above normal!
That front is now pushing north after bringing in a few scattered showers. A second small front is going to move through late in the day. Scattered light showers will continue through early Saturday.
We get a break Saturday and the first part of Sunday and will stay dry as we’re in between storms, this will give us time to get used to the idea that February is coming back!
The next storm is lined up for Sunday night. This storm will bring in the rain and colder temperatures for Monday. Highs next week will be five to 10 degrees lower than what we saw this past week.
