The overall pattern in Western Oregon will be more of cold and foggy mornings as we head into winter. Tuesday and Wednesday will be a brief exception with rain. We will also have temporary relief from the arctic air for the next few days. Thursday will be a stark contrast in the weather across the region. Not only will we be back to cold and fog, but this round will be even colder than what we experienced earlier this month. Freezing fog will become an increasing threat by this point.
