Icy Start Monday, but Warming Up This Week

A Freezing Rain Advisory is in effect Monday morning across western Oregon until noon. Icy conditions are being seen across western Oregon. Most of the precipitation is clearing out and we'll see dry weather this afternoon. Temperatures will also warm above freezing this afternoon for most of western Oregon. High temperatures in the Valley will reach the low 40s.
