Meteorologist Matt Callihan's Forecast: A cloudy start to the day, but we are starting to see some sunshine break through the clouds this afternoon. The clouds will return this evening into the overnight hours, but much like today, they will dissipate through the afternoon. Temperatures for your Sunday will reach in the upper 60s for the Willamette Valley, mid 70s for the Umpqua Basin, and low 60s for the coast.
Record rainfall is wreaking havoc across a swath of Texas and the Midwest on Sunday, causing flash floods in normally dry riverbeds, spawning tornadoes and forcing at least 2,000 people to flee.
