Warmer but Soggy this Week

Temperatures are 10 to 15 degrees warmer this morning compared to Monday morning and the road conditions are much better. We're seeing some fog and cloud cover, but otherwise mostly dry. The clouds will continue to increase through the afternoon with moderate rainfall tonight. High temperatures will reach the upper 40s and low 50s across western Oregon. Temperatures will also be warm in the Cascades tonight with the freezing level climbing to 7,500'.
