Dense Valley Fog to Start the Day

Another foggy morning across the valleys, as low, easterly winds help to trap moist, cool air in valley bottoms. We should begin to see clouds lifting as we approach noon, eventually opening up to sunny skies later in the day. Thick fog will hamper warming through the morning hours, allowing for highs slightly cooler than what we experienced yesterday.
