Temperatures will begin to climb into the upper 70s and low 80s inland by the end of the week and into the low to mid 60s along the Coast. Skies will be partly sunny to mostly sunny each day. Record rainfall is wreaking havoc across a swath of Texas and the Midwest on Sunday, causing flash floods in normally dry riverbeds, spawning tornadoes and forcing at least 2,000 people to flee.
