Wednesday’s Hole in the Wall BBQ Recipe

Stuffed Bacon Bleu Sliders

Ingredients:
2lbs Ground Sirloin
4 oz Cooked Chopped Bacon
4 oz Crumbled Bleu Cheese
To Taste Salt & Pepper
8 ea Slider Buns

Directions:
Separate the ground sirloin into 16, 2 oz balls and flatten into patties. Place a pinch of bacon and bleu cheese in the center of eight of the patties and place the remaining patties over the bacon. Pinch the edges to seal and form the patties. Grill over medium high heat 6-8 minutes per side. Serve on slider buns with your favorite burger toppings.

Grilled Cajun Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
3 ea Large Russet Potatoes
½ cup Olive Oil
1 Tbl Cajun Spice
To Taste Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Cut potatoes into wedges. Mix oil, Cajun spices and salt & pepper together and evenly coat the potatoes. Grill over medium high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side until tender in the center. Serve with a Chipotle Sour Cream.
