Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn’s Forecast Discussion:
A surge of moisture is heading our way, showers are already showing up on radar to our southwest. Will have widespread rain across the area, especially Wednesday afternoon. Rainfall amounts will be around 1″ inland and 1.5-2″ along the coast and Coast Range. Temperatures will be cooler today with highs in the low 60s along the coast and low 70s inland.
Showers will continue Wednesday night and into Thursday morning as the storm slowly moves off to the east. The rest of Thursday will remain cloudy with high temperature near 60 along the coast and near 70 degrees inland.
A cold front will swing through early Friday, bringing more showers across the area. Showers will be separated by plenty of sunbreaks.
Sunshine returns this weekend and continues into next week. Temperatures will begin to climb near 80 degrees by Monday.
