EUGENE, Ore. — If you’re overheating, you can take advantage of local cooling spots.
The Downtown Library is open 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The Sheldon Branch Library and Bethel Branch Library both are open until 6 p.m.
If you want to go for a swim, Amazon Pool, located at 2600 Hilyard Street, is open daily until 5 p.m.
People are also welcome to hang out in the lobby of the Atrium Building downtown, also open daily until five. It’s located at 99 W 10th Ave.
