EUGENE, Ore. — Lane County sheriff’s deputies arrested a woman who allegedly broke into the former Eagles Lodge Wednesday afternoon.
Deputies were called to the vacant building in the 1300 block of Irving Road by volunteers caring for the building. The volunteers noticed the blinds had been drawn and there was a bicycle inside that didn’t below there. When they went inside, they heard noises coming from the attic, so they left and called police.
After about an hour of searching, police found 39-year-old Patricia Michelle Dexter inside the attic of the vacant building, located in the 1300 block of Irving Road.
She was lodged at the Lane County Jail for burglary, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools.
