The five-story, Class A building currently has three groups set up inside. The city of Eugene leases one floor, while a law office and mobile platform company share another, but there’s still plenty of room.
“Everyone would like to see all space filled up at all times, but I’d say tenanting in the building is going pretty well and is beginning to pick up steam, and I think we’ll see some significant movement in this building pretty quickly,” said Mike Sullivan, Community Development Manager.
The city thinks it and all the neighboring shops are a big draw. Three other businesses are about to sign leases.
