CANYONVILLE, Ore. — Oregon State Police arrested a man in connection with a fatal crash.
OSP says 26-year-old Joshua Davis, of Eugene, was driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes of I-5 near Canyonville when he crashed head-on into a car driven by 44-year-old Victor Anderson, of Oakland, Oregon. Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Davis has been charged with manslaughter and DUII.
