SPRINGFIELD, Ore.-- Fire officials from the Oregon State Fire Marshal said night crews are working through Wednesday night, clearing debris and creating defensible space around structures.
The fire is still at 105,000 acres and is 0% contained.
However, officials said the town of Vida is still standing, contradicting what Gov. Kate Brown said in a press conference earlier in the day. Leaburg and Walterville are also relatively untouched.
In the Mohawk Valley, officials said there is fire in the valley, but no structures have been destroyed.
There is still no word on injuries and casualties from the Holiday Farm Fire.
