French Creek Fire
Kyle Reed with the Douglas Forest Protective Association said the fire burned a total of 495 acres. The change in size is mostly due to more accurate mapping rather than actual fire growth.
The fire started late Monday night and was located about one mile northwest of Glide.
The cause remains under investigation.
