KEZI is accepting applications for the position of Multimedia Journalist.

KEZI 9 News is looking for a competitive, hard-working multimedia journalist in Western Oregon.

The right person will be a self-starter, curious about the world around them, detail-oriented and a phenomenal team player. Desire to learn and grow is a must, as well as, social media/digital experience. They will be expected to enterprise content on a daily basis, as well as, foster and maintain community contacts and relationships. They will also be able to shoot, edit and write stories for multiple platforms to include television, digital and social media. Active live reporting in the field and studio is a must. They will also be expected to work weekends and holidays.

Experienced preferred but willing to give the right entry-level person a shot. Ability to speak Spanish a plus. Must have a clean driving record. A background check and pre-employment drug screen is required.

Western Oregon is beyond beautiful with scenery from the Coast to the Mountains. We also are home to two universities, University of Oregon and Oregon State University. It’s a great place to work hard and play hard with a great group of journalists!
