KEZI 9 News is looking for a strong, high energy producer in Western Oregon.

We are looking for a smart individual with solid news judgement, strong writing skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with those in the newsroom and crews in the field. The right person must also have the ability to spell and a solid understand of grammar.

Our producers also play an important role in newsgathering across multiple platforms to include television, digital and social media.
This is an entry-level position. Preference will be given to candidates with professional newsroom experience. A background check and pre-employment drug screen is required.

Western Oregon is beyond beautiful with scenery from the Coast to the Mountains. We also are home to two universities, University of Oregon and Oregon State University. It’s a great place to work hard and play hard with a great group of journalists!
