100 new Oregon cases; death toll rises to 26

The Oregon Health Authority announced 100 new coronavirus cases as of Saturday morning for a total of 999, with four more dead.

OREGON-- The Oregon Health Authority announced 100 new coronavirus cases as of Saturday morning for a total of 999, with four more dead.

In our area, Linn County saw three new cases, bringing their total to 42. Douglas County received word of one new case, raising their total to 11. There were two new cases in Benton County for a total of 19. Lane and Coos counties held steady at 24 and 0 cases respectively.

The deaths included a 65-year-old man in Marion County, a 59-year-old man, a 77-year-old woman and a 64-year old woman from Multnomah County, all of whom had underlying medical conditions.
