LANE COUNTY, Ore. -- Deputies said four people were injured in a crash Saturday morning on Fox Hollow Lane near Praise Lane.
Deputies said around 4 a.m. the driver of a white Jeep Cherokee was heading south when they went around a curve in the road and crashed into a tree. Deputies said the vehicle hit the tree so hard, the top 20 feet of the tree snapped off and landed next to it.
Deputies said they were told the driver swerved to avoid hitting a deer.
Deputies said the four people involved were all adults and they were taken to the hospital.
Deputies tell us there was a DUI arrest after the crash. The names and conditions of the four adults have not been released.
