6 arrested after authorities found illegal marijuana grow

Six people from out of state were arrested after officials found an illegal marijuana grow.

TILLER, Ore. -- Six people from California were arrested on Monday in Douglas County.

Officials with the Douglas County Interagency Narcotics Team searched an abandoned house on Diamond Rock Road after being granted a search warrant for the illegal manufacture, possession, and delivery of marijuana.

During the search, six people were caught with 3,300 pounds of marijuana plants, and 800 pounds of processed marijuana. Officials estimate it to have a street value of $750,000.

Katherine King, Rongrat Siriuptham, Mai Sayadeth, Viengsavan Sengmany, Pramrudee Thussakohn, and Nayakam Rodthaisang were arrested and charged with manufacture, possession, and delivery of marijuana.
