Ballots should arrive in your mailbox soon

Voters in Lane County should be checking their mailboxes as ballots have already been mailed out.

LANE COUNTY, Ore. -- Voters in Lane County should soon be seeing their ballots in the mail.

The Lane County Board of Elections Office said it put the ballots in the mail and they should arrive by Monday, October 24.

Election day is November 7th. The Special Elections involves about 187,000 registered voters in Eugene, Springfield, Creswell, Lowell and Oakridge.

Voters can drop off ballots at any official drop box location or mail it in. To find a drop box in your area click here.

They can also check their registration and ballot status online by clicking here.
