Springfield Christmas Parade is back on

Organizers worked closely with the City of Springfield and have fast-tracked a permit that brings back the Christmas Parade.

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. -- The City of Springfield fast-tracked a permit to make the historic Christmas parade happen.

Part of the application focuses on traffic safety and the availability of first responders.

Organizers worked with the city to get permits approved and fees were covered.

The parade will take place on December 2 and they are looking for sponsors. If you want to be a sponsor, contact them on their Facebook page by click here.

The parade attracts about 10,000 people every year.
