CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Monday is a big day for the Beaver's baseball team. Oregon State will be taking on Arkansas in the College World Series Finals and back at home, fans will be cheering them on.

There's a lot of excitement on the OSU campus and fans said they're thrilled that their team has made it this far, once again.

This isn't the Beaver’s first time playing in the College World Series. In 2007, they won the national championship. This year fans are hoping they'll do it again.

"My hope is that they get the W. That they come back with another national championship. I think their offense is phenomenal...I’m excited for it and think they'll do great," said Daniel Aranda, a long-time OSU baseball fan.

"They're pretty strong on their offense, getting the job done." said Aaron Crowell, another fan.

Stores on campus are cheering them on too. The Beaver Store has World Series shirts on display. The Manager at Dutch Bros, Wyland Morales, said a lot of people have been stopping by their coffee shop next door, talking about the games. He and all the other fans are hoping their team can pull a win this week.

"After the loss in the very beginning, I think people were kind of skeptical...but the way we've come back I think is fantastic," said Morales.
