DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. – Some Douglas County residents are experiencing a 911 outage on Wednesday, officials said.
Lumen Technologies alerted the county to a service disruption impacting residents in the Riddle and Myrtle Creek areas. This outage affects emergency calling services on Lumen Technologies landlines.
Residents may be able to get through to 911 using a cell phone if they have service.
There is no estimated time of repair right now, and additional details will be released when they are available, county officials said.
