JUNCTION CITY, Ore. – Junction City residents are experiencing a 911 outage on Friday, Eugene Police say.

The Central Lane dispatch center reports that Lumen, formerly known as CenturyLink, has a landline phone outage in the area.

If you have Lumen phone service, you might not be able to reach 911, and there is limited cell phone connectivity in the area, as well.

In the case of emergency, if you are unable to reach 911, police advise you should go to the Junction City Fire Station, 1755 Juniper St. in Junction City or the Junction City Police Department, 672 Greenwood St.
