All Level 3 notices downgraded for Archie Creek Fire

Danger still exists, and residents who return should be aware there are inherent risks and ongoing hazards.

GLIDE, Ore. – All Level 3 Go evacuation orders were downgraded for the Archie Creek Fire on Friday.

The change took effect at 5 p.m.

Officials said a Level 2 Be Set remains for Little River Road at Buckhorn Road to the end of Little River, including all side roads.

Nonpareil Road from Banks Creek to the end of the road, including all side roads, is also under Level 2.

Level 2 is also in effect for Narrows Wayside east on Highway 138E to Dry Creek, including all side roads.

Residents from Little River Road at Highway 138E to Buckhorn Road and Glide at Little River Road east to Narrows Wayside are at Level 1. All side roads are included in the notice.

Highway 138E remains closed at Idleyld Trading Post and will remain so throughout the weekend. Residents can show proof of residency to be allowed through the area but should expect delay.
