CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Oregon State football is looking to build off the victories over USC and Washington in back-to-back weeks.

The Beavers have won in a variety of ways this season.

OSU's offense exploded for 45 points against the Trojans before needing a game-winning field goal to get by the Huskies.

"I think it adds to the belief," head coach Jonathan Smith says. "I think this was a confident group going into the season. I think we're a confident group that understands how hard it is to win. Our first two conference games we've been able to find a way to win."

The Beavers have won four straight for the first time since 2013 and are in sole possession of first place in the Pac-12 North.

"We're very mature and experienced enough to know we got a long ways to go," Smith says. "Each win only sets you up for bigger games as the season goes."

Oregon State will take on Washington State on the road on Saturday.

The Beavers lost to the Cougars in last year's season opener, 38-28, in Corvallis.

Kickoff is scheduled for 1 P.M.
