BLUE RIVER, Ore. -- Some residents in the Blue River area are currently experiencing a 911 outage, police said.
The Central Lane 911 Communications Center isn't able to get calls from phones with 822 prefixes.
If you have an emergency and are unable to make a 911 call, police said you can seek help at the Upper McKenzie Rural Fire Station, 56578 McKenzie Highway.
The cause of the outage is a fiber cut that needs repaired.
UPDATE: Service was restored as of 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
