EUGENE, Ore. -- Eugene's homeless crisis continues as business owners voice their concerns about a gigantic mess in the 400 block of Garfield Street.

Those businesses said they don't want to have to clean it up.

Most of the campers have already moved along after being forced out by the property owners, but some are still there.

KEZI reached out to the city and were told they were unaware of the problem.

KEZI also talked to one of the campers who said he and others feel terrible about the mess that was left behind.

He wouldn't go on camera but said he and his friends have every intention of coming back once they've moved out of the area and cleaning up what was left behind.
