Cinemark 17 to reopen soon in Springfield

Masks will be required and employees will be disinfecting auditoriums between showtimes.

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – Springfield’s Cinemark 17 movie theater will be reopening on Friday, company officials have announced.

There’ll be some changes however. Masks will be required and employees will be disinfecting auditoriums between showtimes.

Moviegoers will be able to watch new releases like “Tom & Jerry: The Movie,” “Wonder Woman 1984,” and more, and 20 classic movies will also be available, including “Clue” and “Pitch Perfect.”

If you want to see a movie, you can buy tickets for standard showtimes or you can book a private watch party with friends and family at a cost of $99 for classics and $149 for new releases.
