Corvallis police search for man who sexually assaulted teen

The 15-year-old girl says she was assaulted while walking in a residential area around dusk.

CORVALLIS, Ore – Police are searching for a man who sexually assaulted a teenage girl in Corvallis.

Officers said the 15-year-old girl was walking near Jameson Avenue and Lantana Drive on Saturday, June 23, at around dusk.

She told police a small, dark colored sedan similar to a Prius pulled up, and the driver forced her in the car. She said he sexually assaulted her and then drove off.

Police describe the suspect as a white man in his 20s with brown hair and dark eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call Corvallis police.
