Cottage Grove warming shelter seeking volunteers

COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. -- The Community Sharing Warming Shelter is on standby to activate Monday night.

The weather forecast predicts overnight lows near freezing. If the forecast continues to put overnight lows at 29 degrees or lower the site will activate.

In this event, they are asking for volunteers. 

Their volunteer needs include:

2-3 Site Set-Up Volunteers from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

1-2 Hospitality Volunteers from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

1-2 Morning Clean-Up Volunteers from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

You can sign up for a shift here. 

This activation has not yet been confirmed. However, if you sign up for a volunteer shift, please plan on the activation occurring. You will receive confirmation of your shift in the next 24 hours.
