LEBANON, Ore. -- A man is in jail after officials said he downloaded child pornography at his Lebanon home.

Detectives searched the home on Sand Ridge Court on a child exploitation search warrant on December 19. They said child porn was distributed from the IP address in Lebanon.

Andrew Duncan Irving, 31, admitted to searching the internet for child porn and had downloaded content, deputies said.

Irving was arrested and booked into the Linn County Jail on charges of Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse in the first degree. Irving could face additional charges.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office was assisted during the search warrant by the Benton County Sheriff's Office and the Lebanon Police Department.
