UPDATE: Missing Roseburg teen found

UPDATE: Shena Horton has been found safe with her biological non-custodial mother in the Green district. 

Deputies arrested Gloria Kicinski for second-degree custodial interference. She was taken to the Douglas County Jail.

ROSEBURG, Ore. – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing Roseburg teenager.

Deputies said Shena Horton, 14, left her home in the 600 block of Newton Creek Road at about 4 a.m. on Sunday.

Horton is described as 5 feet 1 inches tall, 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has braces.

If you see her, deputies ask that you contact law enforcement.
